The Story

On October 25, 2012 the Dietrich Family was struck with life changing news. William Dietrich was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer. This came as a shock to not only them but to their family and friends. For those of you that know William, you know that he is young, fit, and healthy. You're probably asking the question how could something so horrible happen to such a great person? God only knows the answer to that. I firmly believe God doesn't give you more than you can handle and he has a purpose for everything in life including the good and the bad. Since October 25th the Dietrich Family has shown the most incredible faith, strength, hope and courage. They have looked cancer in the face with the most positive attitude with the will to overcome and defeat cancer. William and his Doctors have taken the most aggressive approach to fight his cancer. William is currently in round 3 of chemo. He is still leading an active lifestyle with the help of his wife Emily to keep him strong physically and emotionally. If anybody has the can do attitude it's certainly William and Emily. I have created this blog to show the Dietrich Family our support for them.
